Hi there! I'm Julie, a photographer servicing the Richmond, VA area. I've always been a creator and a maker. My passions lie in creating beautiful and meaningful art from raw materials and there's no better way for me to showcase my art than through photographing people while they live their best lives. Whether a family session, small events, or just because, I look forward to serving you!
We don't say "cheese" at Julie Tashner Photography, we say "ZOOMIEEESSS!". Zoomies are what our pups get when they run crazy in the backyard. It's their best expression of being happy and it always make us laugh. And let's be honest, it's fun to say "zoomieesss" too!

Free Photos for Fosters and Shelter Dogs
Shelter pups will always have a place in my heart and because how much they have given me, I want to help them too. If you are in the Richmond area and have a shelter or foster pup that needs a little extra help getting adopted, let's do a session and get them some glamour shots! A good photo can go a long way for these pups.
